Обов'язки

Reporting

• preparation and ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• preparation of accurate P&L statements and management accounts
• ensuring compliance with statutory and administrative reporting requirements

Financial Planning

• leadership of budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation
• provision of financial insights to support management decision-making
• monitoring actual performance against budgets and proactive variance analysis

Treasury

• management of payments, banking relationships, and day-to-day treasury operations
• monitoring cash flow and ensuring effective liquidity management
• acting as the primary point of contact with banks and financial institutions

Вимоги

• solid accounting background with hands-on experience in reporting, financial planning, and treasury
• understanding of all three finance pillars, not limited to a single functional area
• ambition to grow into a broader finance leadership role as the company scales
• proven experience working within stable and established companies
• experience building and maintaining rigorous financial processes
• ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
• capability to provide financial recommendations alongside day-to-day management
• ability to work effectively in a fast-growing international environment
• strong sense of ownership and accountability
• fluency in Ukrainian
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
