Обов'язки

• management of complex projects across multiple stakeholders in the defence field
• coordination of activities involving diverse stakeholders
• stakeholder mapping and development of outreach strategies, policy and awareness campaigns
• liaison and organization of meetings with stakeholders, including senior government officials, civil society, international partners, and media
• preparation of policy papers, briefings, and other written materials

Вимоги

• in-depth understanding of Ukraine’s defence sector, including MoD, General Staff, Armed Forces
• policy experience in the defence and security field (minimum 3 years), preferably within public institutions
• understanding of domestic Ukrainian politics and the private defence sector
• experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
• strong written and verbal communication skills in Ukrainian and English
• degree in defence and security policy, public affairs, political science, international relations or a related field
• advanced degree as an advantage

Умови

• full-time employment based in Kyiv
• occasional travel to Brussels and Copenhagen
