Обов'язки

• configuration, testing, and maintenance of UAV flight systems based on PX4 and ArduPilot
• configuration of telemetry radios, video links, onboard networks, and ground control systems to ensure reliable integration and operation
• collaboration with hardware engineers on the integration of GPS modules, cameras, LiDAR, companion computers, and other payloads
• UAV tuning, flight validation, troubleshooting, and field testing in operational conditions
• technical support for military and technical partners during deployment and operation
• diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, networking, and communication issues in the field
• documentation of field issues, fixes, operational feedback, and deployment learnings for internal improvement loops

Вимоги

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with systems such as ArduPilot, PX4, Mission Planner, QGroundControl (QGC), or similar UAV software
• understanding of UAV electronics, component integration, wiring schemes, and MAVLink-based communication systems
• experience with MAVProxy, telemetry debugging, and UAV system configuration
• familiarity with companion computers such as Raspberry Pi, Jetson, or similar embedded platforms
• practical experience with UAV tuning, flight testing, log analysis, and troubleshooting
• strong troubleshooting skills related to radios, networks, telemetry links, and deployment environments
• intermediate or higher English proficiency (written and spoken)
• willingness to work in dynamic field conditions, including conflict-affected areas
• prior experience in the defense sector will be an advantage
• experience in humanitarian operations will be an advantage
• experience with military UAV deployments will be an advantage
