OpenMinds is seeking a meticulous and proactive Accountant to enhance financial operations. This role involves handling daily accounting activities, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, and working with various departments to maintain precise financial records.

 

Обов'язки

• manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
• prepare and analyze financial reports
• ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
• handle tax filings and ensure timely submission of financial statements
• collaborate with project managers and other departments on financial matters
• maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Вимоги

• a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• at least 2 years of experience in accounting, with a proven track record (experience with NGOs in Ukraine is a bonus)
• proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, FinMap, etc.)
• strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• excellent organizational and time management skills
• strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• ability to work independently and as part of a team
• English level at least B2
• you are located in Kyiv
