Project HOPE is an international NGO. We have helped build hundreds of health programs from the ground up and responded to humanitarian crises worldwide. The Activity Coordinator leads the planning, implementation, and evaluation of projects and initiatives by Project HOPE. Working closely with Country Team Leads, the role involves defining and implementing program strategies and overseeing all UHF activities and resources according to Project HOPE policies, in alignment with international and national protocols.

Обов'язки

• assistance in overseeing quality activities, including data collection for reports, performance indicators, and donor consultations
• development of detailed implementation plans in collaboration with program staff
• monitoring of data collection, analysis of progress, and tracking of results for timeliness, quality, and accuracy, in line with best practices and project documents
• tracking of sub-grant progress and identification of issues, presenting findings to Operations staff
• coordination of monthly reporting and ensuring the timely delivery of program outcomes
• conducting needs assessments and stakeholder consultations to identify program priorities

Вимоги

• degree in a relevant field (Public Health, Social Work, Law, Logistics)
• 3-5 years in a similar position in the humanitarian field, with strong experience in data collection, analysis, and logistics
• B2-C1 level English proficiency required
• strong analytical skills, knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and research methodologies

• gross salary: 70 000 - 110 000 UAH
