Обов'язки
Administrative support
- preparation, management and archiving of organisational documentation (contracts, annexes, acts, timesheets, internal policies)
- maintenance of structured and up-to-date digital filing systems
- calendar management, support in organising team calls and follow-up actions
Operations & process coordination
- maintenance of operational trackers, spreadsheets and databases
- support in development and maintenance of CRM systems and internal data structures
- identification of process gaps and proposal of improvements to optimise workflows
- coordination of operational tasks (procurement, document templates, process updates)
Financial & documentation support
- collection and organisation of financial supporting documents (invoices, receipts)
- preparation of timesheets, reimbursement forms, and administrative components of financial reports
- communication with accountant or financial manager to ensure timely submission of documentation
Support for event and logistics coordination
- support of logistics for trainings, team meetings, events and travel
- communication with participants, venues and service providers
- preparation of event-related documentation and checklists
Вимоги
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, operations, coordination or similar roles
- interest or experience in implementing operational systems (workflow, CRM, document management)
- understanding of procurement, contracting, budgeting or donor procedures will be an advantage
- strong organisational skills, structured thinking, attention to detail, proactive mindset
- ability to work in English at B2 level or higher (written and spoken)
