Vacancy involves work in the project "Support Ukraine Reforms in Governance" (SURGe) which is a technical assistance project in Ukraine.

Обов'язки

• support the Ministry of Justice with the organization and implementation of the data analysis framework
• performing data mining, data exploration and data transformation tasks
• using statistical tools to analyze and interpret data set patterns and insights
• keeping well-documented track of findings (trends, patterns, correlations)
• designing and implementing data quality assessment processes
• collaborate with developers Ministry’s civil servants
• preparing concise ad-hoc data reports and data visualizations for the Ministry management
• assist the Ministry of Justice with the development of new analytical tools and methods along with supporting documentation as and when required

Вимоги

• 3+ years in Senior Data Analyst or Senior Data Scientist positions
• knowledge of database structures, normalization, de-normalization and entity relationships
• skills to work with SQL, R/Python
• experience with Business intelligence and data visualization tools
• data warehousing knowledge and experience
• good practical and theoretical knowledge of Machine Learning and Statistical Inference
• understanding of unsupervised learning algorithms and Machine Learning metrics
• experience with ELT/ETL tools
• skills in data manipulation and data analysis
• attention to detail, good problem-solving, time management, logic skills
• high mathematical aptitude
