Alinea International has been contracted by the UK Government to establish a strategic communications support platform. This platform will support Ukraine's government communications activities and priorities by assembling top talent in a format designed to meet the increased public demand for transparent communication caused by Russia’s illegal full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Обов'язки

• identify datasets and sources relevant for understanding priority countries and their information environment
• utilize diverse data sources to conduct thorough analysis to support the development of effective communication strategies
• commission and interpret new research to gain insights into audience, attitudes, behaviors and preferences
• effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to the Command Team and other stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable insights
• share reporting across the MFA to ensure the role of communications’ in supporting diplomatic outcomes is better understood
• develop robust methods to measure the effectiveness of communication campaigns
• manage the provision of actionable insights for continuous improvement of communications activity
• ensure timely communications impact reports that meet the project monitoring and evaluation plan requirements
• work closely with the Command Team, particularly the regional leads, to align data-driven insights with regional communication strategies
• engage across the MFA and Government of Ukraine to collect and share data and reporting
• understand Embassy analytical needs and consult on the development of appropriate schemes of research
• continuously seek innovative analytical methods and tools to enhance the understanding of complex information environments
• share lessons learned for both analyzing communications and running the hub with stakeholders across Government of Ukraine and the donor community

Вимоги

• a bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Communications, or a related field
• at least 5 years of experience in data analysis in a communications or marketing context
• a track record of managing teams to meet reporting and analysis customer requirements, ideally in a communication or marketing context
• proven expertise in utilizing a variety of data sources for comprehensive analysis
• strong skills in data visualization and communication of analytical findings
• experience in measuring the impact of communication campaigns
• excellent collaborative and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantage
