Обов'язки

• organization and maintenance of the Country Manager’s calendar, coordination of meetings
• attendance and minute-taking at meetings, sending follow-ups, monitoring implementation of decisions
• task tracking, information collection and reporting on project progress
• cooperation with vendors and external service providers
• communication with project managers, collection of documentation (regulations, policies)
• preparation of analytical and informational materials, conducting research at the request of the supervisor
• provision of administrative and operational support to the supervisor
• accompaniment of the Country Director on business trips, at conferences and meetings if needed

Вимоги

• higher education (preferably in management, administration, finance, related fields)
• fluent in Ukrainian
• English at a level not lower than advanced (C1)
• proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Canva and Google Workspace
• excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
• critical thinking, ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• high level of responsibility, professionalism, and initiative
• desire to work in the humanitarian field and support the organization's mission
• experience as a personal assistant will be an advantage
• analytical skills and experience in market or data analytics will be an advantage
• experience in interpreting will be an advantage
