Обов'язки

Pipeline & Research

• scouting and engaging high-potential entrepreneurs through ecosystem and VC landscape research
• researching and analyzing leadership teams, business models, financials, competitive benchmarking, and market potential
• preparing investment-style company profiles, briefs, and selection materials

Selection Support

• supporting and tracking candidates throughout the selection journey
• identifying and engaging relevant mentors from Endeavor’s global network
• maintaining accurate CRM records and systematizing portfolio data to monitor growth, engagement, and strategic needs
• identifying opportunities for mentorship, strategic support, and exposure to Endeavor’s global network
• collaborating closely with Endeavor Global and local teams worldwide

Servicing & Community Engagement

• collaborating with entrepreneurs to identify and anticipate their challenges
• connecting entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, and market opportunities to maximize value from the Endeavor network
• measuring entrepreneur NPS and engagement
• attending networking events for lead generation and community building

Вимоги

• 3–6 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or startup operations
• strong analytical skills to break down complex business models, assess financials, and evaluate market potential
• structured thinking and writing with the ability to synthesize findings into concise, well-organized documents (with and without AI tools)
• proactivity and independence in ownership and prioritization
• fast learner with adaptability and curiosity
• passion for the mission and a service-oriented mindset
• excellent communication skills in Ukrainian and English
• familiarity with Ukraine’s tech and venture ecosystem
