Обов'язки

• contribution to business, equity, and intangible asset valuation engagements
• financial analysis of historical performance, forecasts, and business plans
• development, review, and maintenance of complex financial and valuation models
• industry, market, and company-level research to support valuation conclusions
• preparation of reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• interaction with client management and representatives of target companies
• support of project management activities
• mentoring of junior team members

Вимоги

• bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related discipline
• 3+ years of relevant experience (valuation, investment analysis, transaction services, corporate finance)
• strong knowledge of valuation methodologies (income, market, cost approaches)
• understanding of valuation approaches within Ukrainian practice
• knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
• strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• strong written and verbal English communication skills
• ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• strong client-facing and interpersonal skills
