Swisscontact is an independent non-profit development organisation established in 1959 by representatives of the Swiss private sector and civil society. The organisation focuses on private sector-led economic development, skills development, and improving quality of life in developing and emerging countries.
In Ukraine, Swisscontact implements projects in vocational education, SME development, trade promotion, and economic recovery. With the launch of the FCDO-funded BLOOM programme, Swisscontact is expanding its efforts to strengthen the resilience of war-affected households and communities through livelihood restoration and market systems development.

accounting and tax management of a charitable foundation serving as the project implementer
monitoring of project expenditures and compliance with approved budgets
maintenance of contracts, invoices, reports, and supporting documentation
payroll calculation and administration of taxes and mandatory payments
preparation of financial reports in accordance with donor requirements and Ukrainian legislation
cooperation with auditors, donors, and internal project teams
support of financial reviews, audits, and compliance processes
Вимоги
at least 10 years of professional experience in accounting
experience in financial and tax accounting
practical experience working with international donors, grant-funded projects, and development programmes
strong knowledge of Ukrainian tax and financial legislation
experience preparing financial reports for donors
experience working in charitable organisations
high level of responsibility and attention to detail
systematic and analytical approach to work
English proficiency sufficient for working with financial documentation and communication with donors will be an advantage
understanding of grant funding mechanisms and donor compliance requirements will be an advantage
