The international non-profit organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH) implementing in Ukraine the USAID-supported Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians Activity (SAFEMed), is looking for a consultant for the role of Business Analyst E-Registers.

These registers are mandated by the Ukrainian Law on Medicinal Products and will include comprehensive information about medicinal products, their manufacturers, importers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.

 

Обов'язки

• engage with key stakeholders from the Ministry of Health and other relevant organizations to gather initial requirements. This includes understanding the specific needs, constraints, and expectations for the development of the e-registers
• develop comprehensive technical specifications and requirements documents
• organize and lead consultations with stakeholders to review the drafted requirements
• finalize the technical requirements documentation and facilitate the process for obtaining formal approval from all necessary parties. Ensure that the requirements are clear, complete, and ready for the next phase of development
• regularly report on the progress of the requirements development process, including challenges, and milestones achieved

Вимоги

• a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• at least 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a proven track record in technical requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
• minimum of 3 years of experience working in the healthcare sector, particularly with a focus on pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or related regulatory frameworks
• strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage complex projects and convert stakeholder needs into actionable technical requirements
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• proficiency in using project management and requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
• knowledge of data privacy and security protocols relevant to healthcare and government data
• ability to navigate and interpret legal and regulatory documents pertinent to the healthcare sector and government IT projects
• certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), or Agile Business Analyst (AgileBA) are highly desirable
• fluency in Ukrainian and English, with strong written and verbal communication abilities in both languages
