To accelerate impact, scale presence and keep up with the operational tempo, the company has established Intelic Ukraine as a dedicated operational entity. The team is looking for a Business Developer to support in-country growth.

Обов'язки

• identify and develop new business opportunities in Ukraine or in Europe with Ukrainian partners and translate them into commercial results
• build and coordinate international partnerships and onboard technical partners to expand our partner network for various international MoD programs
• represent Intelic at trade shows, events, and partner meetings
• support the preparation of proposals and tenders with engineering, finance, and leadership
• conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy and growth plans
• translate strategic objectives into a concrete pipeline of opportunities

Вимоги

• strong analytical and communication skills (Ukrainian and English required; other European languages are a plus)
• commercially driven, with a strong ability to recognize, generate, and develop opportunities
• proactive, independent, and structured working style with willingness to travel internationally
• experience in defense, AI, robotics, or unmanned systems, ideally supported by a technical background
• deep understanding of Ukrainian military & government structures
• a strong existing network inside Ukrainian Defence Forces or UAV-focused innovation communities (including the whole defense industry) is desirable
• experience in business development, consultancy, tender procurement, or working with defense stakeholders (MoDs, primes, OEMs)
• possibly experience in (military) leadership and high tempo operations, specifically experience working with unmanned systems and/or mission-critical C2
• exceptional stakeholder management: able to operate confidently with commanders, brigades, government, and industry partners
• fluent in English and Ukrainian
