Обов'язки

• identify and develop new business opportunities within Ukraine’s defense and security sector
• establish and maintain relationships with military officials responsible for procurement in brigades
• manage the full sales cycle, from customer engagement to contract execution
• collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product departments, to align solutions with client needs
• represent Ark Robotics at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
• develop proposals, presentations, and business cases for potential clients and investors
• monitor market trends, competitor activity, and procurement processes in Ukraine’s defense sector
• work with global business development teams to align strategies and leverage international partnerships

Вимоги

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the defense, security, or tech sectors, OR military experience in drone units with an interest in transitioning into business development
• strong understanding of government procurement processes within Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, brigades, and other relevant entities
• ability to build relationships and negotiate complex deals with military and government organizations
• excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• self-motivated, able to work independently and drive initiatives forward
• fluent in Ukrainian and English
• willingness to travel within Ukraine and internationally
• experience working with defense technologies, robotics, or unmanned systems (including as an end-user) — preferred
• established network within Ukraine’s defense ecosystem — preferred
