Gov Tech Alliance of Ukraine (GTA) is a union of highly qualified IT professionals aimed at improving and developing government technologies in Ukraine. The company creates a platform for cooperation between IT companies and government agencies to develop innovative solutions and improve public services. GTA's main goal is to develop the market of state digital technologies in Ukraine, thanks to increasing the capacity of governmental customers and implementing companies. The team aims to create a safe and stimulating environment for IT companies that share values and want to develop in Ukraine and abroad actively.

Обов'язки

• close working communication with the GTA board to detail such goals and objectives
• build a team capable of achieving the goals and objectives of the GTA, taking into account budget restrictions
• advocacy of ideas will be a frequent and interesting challenge
• build close interaction of your core GTA team with a board and GTA committees is one of your main tasks
• develop external partnerships with GTA with government agencies, international organizations, including donors, and other partners within the country
• one of your main focuses is GTA brand in the world and export expansion of Ukrainian products, international partnerships are what you will have for breakfast and dinner (it will be delicious!)
• one of the most interesting challenges is the prospect of the development of GTA is the expansion of the market of government IT due to increased capabilities, examination, quality through exports

Вимоги

• understanding of the IT and government technology landscape, with a focus on emerging trends and innovations
• over 2 years of experience in working with governmental projects, including in the field of reform, international cooperation, IT, and project management in the civil service
• leadership experience with mentoring, motivating, and guiding teams
• experience in budget management, resource allocation, and performance metrics
• fluency in English at least Advanced (C1) level
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills. Expected to perform independently and exercise good judgment
• proven ability to set and execute a strategic vision, driving organizational growth and success
• strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain partnerships between diverse stakeholders
• effective communication skills to represent the alliance and advocate for its objectives with government entities, industry partners, and the public
• track record of achieving goals, driving market development, and fostering a positive impact on the state digital technologies sector
• experience in business alliances or associations will be a great advantage
• experience in the public service in the field of digitalization will be an advantage
• experience with international donors will be an advantage
