The Polaris Programme aims to work with both short- and long-term perspectives, addressing the needs of Ukraine’s multi-level governance system while strengthening municipalities’ public service delivery and their direct engagement in recovery and reconstruction processes, in line with the requirements of Ukraine’s EU accession.

Обов'язки

• implementation of the Programme’s communication strategy
• management of the Programme website and social media channels
• drafting and coordination of communication content, including press releases, articles, visual materials, and video content
• planning and organisation of communication events, including press conferences and briefings in online and offline formats
• support of thematic teams in external communications during events and activities
• coordination of visibility activities and communication outputs
• drafting, editing, and dissemination of news and communication materials
• collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent Programme messaging

Вимоги

• knowledge of and interest in local self-governance and national reform processes in Ukraine
• strong written and verbal communication skills
• experience in content creation and communication management
• experience managing websites and social media platforms
• ability to coordinate multiple communication activities simultaneously
• strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
• experience working in international organisations or companies will be an advantage
• experience in the private or business sector will be an advantage
• experience supporting donor-funded programmes or development projects will be an advantage

• full-time engagement (100%)
• contract duration: 23 months
• location: Kyiv
• physical presence in the project office is required
