• community growth: engaging with Kooperativ ambassadors and connecting with the startup community
• managing the department's budget and ensuring financial success
• designing and hosting events that reflect Kooperativ's mission and brand
• building strategic partnerships with local businesses and industry leaders
• contributing to Kooperativ's expansion into international markets
• developing Growth Studio and other ecosystem-building programs
• gathering and analyzing data on community activities and event performance
• representing Kooperativ at industry events
• staying informed on startup trends, news, and opportunities for partnerships

Вимоги

• experience in ecosystem management, business development, or similar roles in startups
• understanding of the startup lifecycle, venture funding, and entrepreneurial ecosystems
• ability to manage multiple projects and events with attention to detail
• familiarity with CRM tools, data analysis, and performance tracking
• strong networking skills with a proven ability to build professional relationships
• fluency in English
• event management experience
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage diverse stakeholders
• adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• creative problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to challenges
• passion for public speaking and community engagement
