• review major procurements and vendor payments, identifying risks and recommending procedural improvements
• coordinate policy updates and clarifications with senior management
• test internal controls, document weaknesses, and suggest corrective actions
• ensure compliance with award conditions, regulations, and local laws
• report fraud allegations and support internal investigations
• conduct compliance assessments of major subcontractors
• ensure adherence to USAID’s branding and marking strategy
• troubleshoot project issues and recommend efficiency improvements
• perform other duties as assigned

Вимоги

• master’s in law, finance, accounting, or related field. CPA, ACA, CIMA, CFE, or similar qualification is an advantage
• knowledge of financial services compliance and USAID regulations
• 5-8+ years in compliance, risk management, or audit with a focus on risk-based auditing techniques

• 64 000 UAH net salary
• work in the office in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro or Kramatorsk

• travel required up to 50% of the time
