Civitta is an international consultancy that collaborates with public and private clients from the Nordics to Central Asia. The Economic Growth Team works with the Public Sector in Ukraine and is currently focused on such areas as Human Capital, agro sector, international trade.

Обов'язки

• conducting research and data analysis to support evidence-based recommendations and decision-making
• preparation and presentation of reports, proposals, and presentations to diverse audiences
• analysis and evaluation of public sector programs and policies to identify areas for improvement and innovation
• participation in designing of strategic plans, policy documents, and operational frameworks that align with client objectives and regulatory requirements
• developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulatory bodies, and partner organizations

Вимоги

• higher degree in Economics, Finance, Public Administration, Political Science, Business Management or a related field
• at least 1 year of experience working in public sector / NGOs or advisory firm
• English proficiency is of an Upper-Intermediate and higher
• understanding of Ukrainian public sector governance and policy development
• excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
• proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software
