• process lead and customer inquiries
• communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• record keeping and data entry
• coordinate with field technicians for service appointments
• manage the Housecall Pro CRM platform

• resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback analysis
• train new customer service representatives
• collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience
• write scripts for interacting with customers

Вимоги

• fluent in English (B2 level or higher)
• proven customer service experience
• strong communication skills
• friendly and respectful attitude
• ability to work independently and in a team
• proficiency with CRM platforms (experience with HouseCall Pro is a plus)
• responsible attitude to work
