The dual-use unmanned ground systems and sensors assist NATO armies and civilian first responders in tackling their most challenging problems by providing them with training and information to make better decisions and take effective actions in life-or-death situations.

ARX Robotics is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join the growing team in Kyiv, who will serve as a trusted partner to users, ensuring they receive maximum value from the Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGVs). This position involves building lasting relationships with military users, supporting them throughout their interaction with the products — from onboarding and training to resolving challenges — ensuring high satisfaction and mission success.

Обов'язки

• build and maintain strong relationships with end users
• ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing needs proactively and delivering consistent support
• identify and resolve user concerns and issues in a timely and solution-focused manner
• conduct user training and ongoing education on UGV operation
• coordinate communication between users and the internal team to ensure smooth collaboration and fast resolution of technical or operational issues
• create and maintain knowledge base articles, user guides, and FAQ materials

Вимоги

• previous experience in managing customer relationships, resolving complex issues, and driving customer satisfaction
• strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
• good English communication skills (spoken and written) — at least strong B1
• basic knowledge in mechanics, electronics, or robotics will be an advantage
• experience working in the defense sector or with defense products will be an advantage
