Alinea International has been contracted by the UK Government to establish a strategic communications support platform. This platform will support Ukraine's government communications activities and priorities by assembling top talent in a format designed to meet the increased public demand for transparent communication caused by Russia’s illegal full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Обов'язки

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
• acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• work with management and colleagues to prioritize needs
• locate and define new process improvement opportunities

Вимоги

• 3+ years in Data Analyst position
• knowledge of database structures, normalization, denormalization and entity relationships
• experience in business analysis
• experience with Excel, BI and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau etc.)
• strong data manipulation and data analysis skills
• high mathematical aptitude
• awareness of presentation design techniques and trends, strong knowledge of PPT
• results-driven, highly-motivated expert with sound judgement and maturity
• strong ethics, well-balanced and mature personality, positive attitude to the job
• strong organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines
• strong attention to detail as well as good problem-solving, time management, and logic skills
• fluency in Ukrainian and excellent command of English, both written and speaking skills
