The Arsenal is a Kyiv-based trade publication covering Ukrainian and European battlefield technology and regulation. We provide actionable business information for Western VCs/defense firms/startups. Our products include weekly newsletters, breaking news alerts, a rolodex of all Ukrainian defense startups, and guides on how to do business effectively in Ukraine. Our founder Tim Mak is a Canadian-American with a background in medicine and journalism. He's a former U.S. Army combat medic, and a journalist with more than 15 years experience as a correspondent with NPR, The Daily Beast and Politico.
