Обов'язки

• managing, analyzing, and reporting on performance data to assess project effectiveness
• ensuring compliance with INL’s bureau-wide DME standards
• participating in INL’s Washington-based DME network
• developing DME strategies to enhance project impact

Areas of responsibility:

• project design and M&E plan development – 20%
• data collection and management – 40%
• data analysis and visual storytelling – 20%
• data-driven learning – 20%

Вимоги

• master’s degree in one of the following fields: design, monitoring, and evaluation, development studies, statistics, management information systems, political science, economics
• at least 5 years of experience in project and program management
• expertise in evaluations, statistical analysis, and performance measurement
• experience in data collection, impact evaluations, and knowledge management
• prior work with international development organizations, government institutions, donor organizations, or diplomatic missions
• expertise in project evaluation, data collection, and impact assessment
• knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods (surveys, interviews, focus groups)
• experience with data validation, quality control, and statistical analysis
• proficiency in at least one data analysis and visualization tool: Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Stata, R, or Python
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality results
• proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• ability to draft technical reports, project status reports, and analytical documents
• teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail
• fluent English and Ukrainian (speaking, writing, reading)
