The international non-profit organization Management Sciences for Health (MSH) implementing in Ukraine the USAID-supported Safe, Affordable and Effective Medicines for Ukrainians Activity (SAFEMed), is looking for a Communications Specialist.

The main objective of the designer is to develop a range of communication and visual materials in close cooperation with key technical advisors. The consultant will work under the oversight of SAFEMed’s Communication Manager.

 

Обов'язки

• prepare visual communication materials: slide presentations, infographics, certificates, banners, leaflets, slide decks, brochures, technical reports, factsheets, and templates
• ensure all materials follow SAFEMed branding guidelines and keep updated templates for all materials
• design SAFEMed monthly newsletters
• conduct media monitoring
• support the design elements of social media campaigns
• coordinate communications projects for the MOH, NHSU, MPU, and SAFEMed
• organize and ensure proper storage of all communication resources and share across the project
• update relevant pages with current information (e.g., annual reports, quarterly reports)
• translate print communication materials from English to Ukrainian and from Ukrainian to English as needed

Вимоги

• bachelor's degree in design, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in communications or media
• preferred: knowledge of USAID branding and marking requirements
