Save Ukraine is the largest humanitarian organization in Ukraine, dedicated to supporting families affected by the war. Established in 2014, its mission is to protect children and families, focusing on orphans, children with disabilities, internally displaced persons, and victims of violence. Save Ukraine is a pioneer in rescuing forcibly deported children and evacuating families from frontline and occupied territories. The organization unites dozens of organizations and hundreds of volunteers to help rebuild lives affected by the war.

Обов'язки

Proposal Development:

• lead the creation of funding proposals and concept notes in coordination with all departments, under the guidance of the Director of Programs
• coordinate proposal efforts with program advisors, finance, HR, and operations teams
• assist in integrating learnings from program reviews into new proposals

Donor Management:

• manage a diverse donor portfolio, including institutional donors, corporate partners, trusts, and private contributors
• build and maintain donor relationships, ensuring excellent communication and engagement
• act as a focal point for donor queries and information requests
• represent Save Ukraine to donors and stakeholders

Reporting and Compliance:

• develop and review partner proposals and reports in collaboration with the Partnership Team and Program Managers
• produce internal and external communication materials as required
• ensure donor compliance in reporting and funding proposals

Opportunity Tracking:

• monitor funding opportunities and support positioning the organization for new partnerships

Вимоги

• bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
• at least 2 years of experience in humanitarian or development work
• proficiency in English (advanced level) for writing and communication
• experience in programmatic writing, budget planning, and donor representation
• familiarity with donor reporting and compliance requirements
• experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) processes
• ability to produce and edit documents under tight deadlines
• understanding of humanitarian principles and practices
• demonstrated flexibility and creativity in managing competing priorities
