Neros is a vertically integrated startup developing and manufacturing unmanned defense systems in America, securing the supply chain. The company is bringing its first drone models to Ukraine.

Обов'язки

• spend significant time with end users to understand their requirements, pain points, and the real user journey of Neros drones
• provide technical support to end users, assisting with onboarding and troubleshooting drones and software
• collaborate with local vendors to integrate hardware and software solutions
• prepare and maintain user and technical documentation
• run the certification process for Neros drones as the test pilot and coordinator, involve additional specialists as freelancers or staff
• develop new applications for Neros products by working with end users, vendors, and the internal team

Вимоги

• extensive knowledge of FPV drones, including piloting skills and practical experience with drone production and setup (Soldering, Betaflight)
• education in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or related fields
• knowledge of drone hardware and software
• military background
• at least Upper-Intermediate level of English
• native Ukrainian speaker located in Kyiv
• high attention to details
• experience working in unstructured environments
• strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
