Обов'язки

• support the development and implementation of digital systems for efficient customs clearance and export processes
• assist in the digitization of export-related processes with entities like the State Customs Service of Ukraine
• aid in advancing digitalization reforms for the State Customs Service of Ukraine, State Tax Service of Ukraine, and State Court Administration of Ukraine, monitoring progress and impact
• participate in training sessions for businesses and government officials on new digital systems
• collaborate with government entities, partners, and businesses to facilitate economic recovery efforts
• conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and policy formulation for economic recovery and digital transformation
• assist in preparing strategic plans, work plans, concept notes, program narratives, project proposals, and financial plans for program activities
• contribute to weekly, quarterly, and annual reports for the Digital Economy component, meeting donor requirements
• help define priorities and outline activities needed to meet planned goals and component KPIs
• monitor and report on the implementation of launched components developed under DTA activities
• perform other assigned duties

Вимоги

• bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, public policy, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
• 1-2 years of experience in digital system development and implementation, especially for customs clearance and export processes
• ability to collaborate effectively with team members, government agencies, and business entities
• aptitude for research and analysis supporting economic recovery initiatives
• willingness to support large-scale projects in economic revitalization and digital transformation
• flexibility and strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
• understanding of digital governance and anti-corruption best practices
• familiarity with Ukraine's anti-corruption and digital governance landscape
• excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in planning, writing, communication, and data analysis
• proficiency in Ukrainian and English
