Children of Heroes is a Ukrainian charity helping children who have lost one or both parents due to the Russian war in Ukraine. Their goal is to enable and support the Children of Heroes to be the best representatives of the Ukrainian nation and integrate them into the global community.

• planning and strategy development for email marketing function for targeted markets
• preparation of emails to the different databases of donors and partners
• creation of content for the emails for the communication with the donors
• fundraising targets execution
• studying trends, generating ideas, conducting A/B tests in email marketing
• setting up and automating multi-channel communication chains with donors
• collection of statistics, analysis of channel efficiency
• communication with copywriters, designers, implementation and fundraising teams
• help with other tasks in digital marketing in a team with digital marketing lead

Вимоги

• solid experience with email marketing and successful cases in your portfolio
• understanding the main indicators of email marketing effectiveness
• analytical skills and creativity
• storytelling skills
• attention and multitasking
• English upper intermediate
• NGO experience is not mandatory but would be an advantage
