The team is looking for an Embedded Support & Maintenance Engineer who will take ownership of the health and stability of deployed field equipment, handle diagnostics, and ensure systems remain operational through remote support.

Обов'язки

• monitoring & support: remote monitoring of deployed devices (Linux-based, Raspberry Pi, ESP32 with network access)
• SSH Administration: terminal-based work: analyze system logs, monitor CPU/RAM/Storage usage
• network operations: diagnose internet stability issues, communication problems, work with MikroTik routers (status checks, basic configs)
• basic troubleshooting: identify issues, restart services/devices remotely, apply config updates
• collaboration with Developers: escalate bugs with clear logs and context for faster debugging and resolution

Вимоги

• confident Linux knowledge: CLI as main tool for monitoring and debugging
• understanding of network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, SSH tunnels
• analytical mindset: ability to parse and analyze large logs efficiently
• basic scripting: read/write simple scripts in Python or Bash
• English level: intermediate (B1/B2) or higher
• MikroTik experience (Winbox/WebFig/Terminal) will be an advantage
• familiarity with Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus will be an advantage
• understanding embedded devices (STM32, ESP32) will be an advantage
• docker basics: view logs, restart containers
