The National Police of Ukraine (NPU) and the Swedish Police Authority (SPA) are implementing a joint project based on the Swedish Government Agency cooperation model to ensure continuity and sustainability of support to Ukraine.

Обов'язки

• design and delivery of a comprehensive English language training program tailored to law enforcement context
• focus on professional English for application writing, communication with international partners, participation in interviews and presentations
• needs assessment to determine participants’ baseline language levels
• development of customized training materials based on real-life tasks
• delivery of interactive sessions (speaking, writing, listening, reading)
• monitoring and evaluation of participants’ progress
• provision of individual feedback and coaching
• preparation of periodic progress reports

Вимоги

• university degree in translation, linguistics, or related field
• proven experience working with law enforcement agencies
• 3–5 years of experience teaching English to adults in professional settings
• experience in teaching English for specific purposes (ESP), preferably in public or security sector
• experience in training related to international cooperation or project applications will be an advantage
• familiarity with EU-funded programs, international grants, donor procedures will be an advantage
• experience in curriculum development will be an advantage
