The vacancy involves work for U. S. Ukraine Veterans' Charity Golf Tournament.

Обов'язки

• engage and follow up with potential leads for the Golf Tournament
• screen and prepare potential donors for optimized interactions
• administer event details, such as ticketing and participant pairings for the golf tournament
• facilitate international guests with their travel logistics, from visa applications to transportation
• collaborate intimately with the event team and other stakeholders
• represent Borderlands Foundation with the utmost professionalism and zeal

Вимоги

• fluent in Ukrainian
• fluency in English (B2)
• prior experience in event management or related roles
• exceptional organizational skills
• superior interpersonal skills; adept at communication with high-profile individuals
• a deep passion for the foundation’s mission and the stories of Ukraine’s veterans
• ability and willingness to work in both remote and face-to-face settings

• competitive base salary of 20,000 UAH per month
