UA Mental Help is a charitable foundation that provides free psychological assistance to Ukrainians.

Обов'язки

• strategic Leadership: develop and execute the organization’s strategic plan, aligning it with the mission and vision, and ensuring that all activities and programs support these goals
• program Oversight: oversee all nonprofit programs, ensuring their alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives. Monitor program performance and impact, making data-driven improvements
• fundraising and Resource Development: lead efforts to secure funding through grants, donations, sponsorships, and other revenue streams. Build and maintain relationships with donors, foundations, and partners
• financial Management: Manage the organization’s budget, financial sustainability, and reporting. Ensure prudent fiscal management, including overseeing audits and financial compliance
• board and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with the board of directors, providing updates on the organization’s activities, performance, and strategic direction. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders and government agencies
• team Leadership: Supervise and support a dedicated team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities. Encourage a collaborative and inclusive work environment
• advocacy and Public Relations: Represent the organization in the community and advocate for its mission and interests. Build awareness and positive public perception of the organization

Вимоги

• bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., nonprofit management, social sciences, business)
• proven leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, including strategic planning and program management
• strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and resources
• track record of successful fundraising, including grant writing and donor relationship management
• excellent communication, networking, and public-speaking skills
• ability to inspire and lead a diverse team toward common goals
• passion for the organization’s mission and commitment to social impact
• excellent spoken and written English
