Intelic is strengthening its presence in Ukraine by building trusted relationships with key partners and military end users. To support this mission, we are looking for a Field Support Engineer who will work directly with Ukrainian military stakeholders and partners, ensuring the reliable deployment, integration, and frontline support of Intelic’s solutions in Ukraine.
You will enable military end-users and partners to operate effectively by serving as the critical technical link between end users and partners in Ukraine and the development team in the Netherlands. The role is field-oriented, full-time with a flexible schedule, and requires frequent travel across Ukraine. You will report to the Customer Success Lead and act as a local extension of the Netherlands-based development and customer success teams.

configuration, testing, and maintenance of flight systems (PX4 / ArduPilot)
configuration of local systems, radios, and networks for smooth integration
support of validation, verification, and field-testing of mission-critical systems
collaboration with software engineers, defense experts, and operations teams
support of onboarding and field training of end-users and partners (train-the-trainer model)
field testing and quality assurance with military and technical partners
documentation of issues, fixes, and field learnings for internal feedback loops
role as local extension of Netherlands-based development and customer success teams
coordination and reporting across key checkpoints (testing, deployments)
