management of regular financial operations, including partner commission fees, courier billing, and marketing revenue invoicing
preparation and maintenance of financial reports with insights on partner commissions, courier costs (CPO), and marketing revenue
collaboration with local management to analyze revenue streams and courier-related costs
calculation and management of ads revenue billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for marketing activities
monitoring and reporting on overdue partner debts, including BDA calculations and collaboration with Account Managers to reduce outstanding balances
assistance in month-end closing activities and preparation of comprehensive financial and management reports
collaboration with cross-functional teams (AM, Qcom, and Operations) to address financial requests efficiently
participation in business process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance operational efficiency

bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
2−3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles
strong analytical and computational skills, including proficiency in data transformations, integrity checks, and complex calculations
experience with ERP systems and accounting software
advanced IT skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
good understanding of accounting principles
upper-intermediate proficiency in written English (B2 or higher) with the ability to interpret financial documents
high attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial data errors
excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
