Обов'язки

  • management of regular financial operations, including partner commission fees, courier billing, and marketing revenue invoicing
  • preparation and maintenance of financial reports with insights on partner commissions, courier costs (CPO), and marketing revenue
  • collaboration with local management to analyze revenue streams and courier-related costs
  • calculation and management of ads revenue billing, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing for marketing activities
  • monitoring and reporting on overdue partner debts, including BDA calculations and collaboration with Account Managers to reduce outstanding balances
  • assistance in month-end closing activities and preparation of comprehensive financial and management reports
  • collaboration with cross-functional teams (AM, Qcom, and Operations) to address financial requests efficiently
  • participation in business process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance operational efficiency

Вимоги

  • bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 2−3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or advisory roles
  • strong analytical and computational skills, including proficiency in data transformations, integrity checks, and complex calculations
  • experience with ERP systems and accounting software
  • advanced IT skills with proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • good understanding of accounting principles
  • upper-intermediate proficiency in written English (B2 or higher) with the ability to interpret financial documents
  • high attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving financial data errors
  • excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment
