• manage and oversee all accounting and financial operations
• ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity
• ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets and maintain financial integrity
• monitor and analyze financial data, trends, expenses, revenue, and cash flow, identifying potential areas for improvement and risk mitigation and provide actionable insights to senior management
• lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial goals and objectives
• coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other regulatory bodies
• stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance
• engage with our donors, delivering clear and impactful financial updates on the active projects
• oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring our dedicated staff members are compensated appropriately

Вимоги

• bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• minimum of 2 years of proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
• in-depth knowledge of nonprofit financial practices and regulations
• proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• proficiency in financial management software and tools
• excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
