Ukraine War Archive (UWA) - is a pivotal platform that collects, organises, and safeguards media materials from the Russian invasion of Ukraine. It has operations and collaborations across Ukraine, the UK, and the EU.

Обов'язки

• oversee and manage the financial activities across locations in Ukraine, the UK, the EU
• budget management: prepare, manage and monitor UWA’s annual budget, ensuring that the organisation operates within set financial parameters
• ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all operating regions
• liaise with international partners, stakeholders, and financial institutions
• produce timely and accurate financial reports, compliant with local regulations and any international standards applicable due to UWA’s international operations
• identify and address financial risks and opportunities
• collaborate closely with senior management on strategic financial planning

Вимоги

• degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• proven experience in financial management, preferably in non-profit sectors
• familiarity with financial regulations and standards across Ukraine, the UK, the EU, and, ideally, the US
• experience working in or with international organizations
• experience working with non-profit organisations
• proficiency in using financial software and tools (Xero)
• fluency in Ukrainian and English
• ability to adapt financial strategies to diverse cultural and regulatory contexts
