Обов'язки

• creation of flight schedules and securing of required permits
• booking of mission locations and organization of transport for the team and equipment
• coordination with QA and Production to plan test cases and set flight priorities according to development goals
• representation of the flight crew in technical meetings to provide input on product design
• review of pilot reports and flight logs
• relay of technical information and feedback to the engineering department
• management of pilot workloads and enforcement of safety rules
• organization and delivery of training programs to improve pilot skills and team communication

Вимоги

• 2+ years of experience in flight operations or aviation mission management
• 2+ years of experience leading teams and managing pilot workloads
• experience coordinating logistics, including site permits and equipment transport
• experience planning flight schedules and mission-specific test cases
• knowledge of local flight regulations and aviation safety protocols
• proficiency with flight logging and technical reporting software
• ability to translate engineering goals into actionable flight test plans
• ability to manage training programs for pilot proficiency and team development
• clear communication skills when relaying technical feedback to engineering and production teams
• strong organizational skills for managing mission logistics and team schedules
