Intelic is a fast-growing Amsterdam-based software company developing advanced solutions for unmanned systems in the defense sector. The company creates intelligent software that improves speed, coordination, and reliability for mission-critical operations.

The Forward Customer Success Manager will strengthen Intelic’s presence in Ukraine by working directly with military stakeholders and partners, ensuring effective adoption and long-term value from Intelic’s solutions.

Обов'язки

  • cultivation of strong relationships with Ukrainian military end users and key partners
  • enablement of effective product usage, including execution of train-the-trainer programs
  • support of the Field Support Engineer with onboarding, testing, pilots, and integrations
  • leadership of onboarding processes from a relationship and training perspective
  • collection and structuring of user feedback for Product and Engineering teams
  • identification and communication of emerging user needs and product gaps
  • resolution of common customer incidents related to hardware, software, and deployments
  • collaboration with Field Operations and Engineering to improve product enablement
  • acting as a local extension of the Customer Success Lead
  • support of collaboration between local stakeholders and Intelic global teams

  • strengthened Intelic presence in Ukraine through trusted relationships
  • effective training and enablement of end users in real operational conditions
  • regular collection of structured user feedback for product improvement
  • smooth execution of onboarding, pilots, and integrations
  • recognition as a reliable and trusted point of contact in Ukraine

Вимоги

  • prior involvement with UAVs, drones, ground control systems, or military technology (strong advantage)
  • experience in training delivery or user onboarding, especially in technical environments
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • high level of digital literacy and experience with software platforms
  • ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity in field conditions
  • native or fluent Ukrainian language skills
  • professional proficiency in English
  • proven experience in customer success, account management, or partner engagement
  • existing military or defense-related network in Ukraine (advantage)
  • strong motivation and goal orientation
