The company is looking to expand our small but highly effective Product Operations team by hiring more FSRs (forward support representatives). The FSRs are the core of the Product Operations team, and their primary goal is to train and support the teams using our Fixed Wing UAS.

  • UAS technology and operations subject-matter expertise

Вимоги

drone piloting
  • UAS mission planning, including long-range beyond visual line of sight operations
  • familiarity with ArduPilot / Mission Planner or PX4 / QGC (QGroundControl)
  • piloting (FPV, line of sight, remote piloting)
drone maintenance and repair skills
  • minimum — non-critical repairs (swapping a propeller, soldering battery connectors, replacing a servo pushrod)
  • ideal — critical repairs (replacing a damaged wing, transferring electronics from an old fuselage component to a new one)
  • technician-level familiarity with advanced UAS such as ISR drones, fixed-wings, and the PX4 / ArduPilot / MissionPlanner / QGC ecosystem
standard business skills
  • email, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms
  • project management software — JIRA, Trello, Monday or similar
  • clear written communication — writing clear and detailed reports from training programs, about technical problems, and user performance or feedback
