Geneva Call is an international humanitarian organization that endeavours to strengthen the respect of humanitarian norms and principles by armed groups, in order to improve the protection of civilians, using varied awareness-raising and training tools.

Обов'язки

• overseeing compliance of GC’ policies with the local labor law in all procedures and processes
• implementation of HR policies, processes, and procedures, as well as their development when needed
• HR administration
• support and management of full employee lifecycle for national staff
• leading the local recruitment and payroll process
• building and maintaining an HR network with local NGOs and partner organizations

Вимоги

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or any other related field
• 2+ years of experience in the HR role within related matters in recruitment, personnel management, and operational activities
• understanding of the local labor law
• experience working in complex and volatile contexts
• fluency in English and Ukrainian
• strong planning and organizing skills
• high level of integrity, ethics, and confidentiality
• experience from working in a humanitarian/recovery context will be an advantage
