Обов'язки

• technical and implementation oversight for achieving the key deliverables of the assigned project
• project planning, implementation and evaluation in line with internal and donor work plans in field offices
• regular reporting and monitoring on project implementation, status, activities and identified challenges
• research on specific humanitarian issues and compliance with humanitarian norms in project areas, trends analysis
• organizing monthly and quarterly Project Cycle meetings with field teams and country management team for progress review and course corrections
• support on financial management aspect of the project, development of spending plans, activity budgets and monthly verification of budget versus actual financial reports
• needs assessment, monitoring and reporting on contextual developments through regular field visits
• liaison and collaboration with relevant stakeholders and weapon bearers, as well as state authorities, local and international organizations in oblasts covered by GC Mykolaiv office
• support in implementation of communications strategy
• submission of annual and monthly program plans, budgets, and project activities monitoring plans

Вимоги

• Master’s degree in political or social science, international humanitarian law or human rights
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• experience in project planning and management, monitoring, reporting and evaluation
• field work experience with NGOs in conflict and crisis-affected areas and emergency contexts will be an advantage
• knowledge in designing and implementing training programs
• software skills (MS Office with strong knowledge in Excel, KOBO, graphic design tools, social media)
• knowledge in Human Rights Law, International Humanitarian Law
• knowledge of the conflict context in Ukraine
• knowledge of relevant international, national and regional policy and legal frameworks
• skills and knowledge in financial management
• accuracy, reliability, and integrity
• fluency in English and Ukrainian
