Nickol Global Solutions (NGS), as a subcontractor to Deloitte on the USAID/Ukraine State-Owned Enterprise Reform Activity (SOERA), is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Graphic Designer for the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU). SOERA is working with SPFU to build transparent and clear communications regarding its state asset corporate management reform process, particularly regarding the privatization and leasing of state and municipal enterprises and assets, business relocation to safe regions, and Government efforts to restore Ukraine’s economy (hereafter “state-owned enterprise reform” or “reform”).

The purpose of the Ukraine SOERA is to strengthen public sector business operations and transparency, improve governance and oversight, advance the privatization of selected SOEs, and develop a strategic management model for SOEs remaining in state ownership.

The SPFU requires a full-time professional graphic designer (176 hours per month) with motion graphic, design, and video editing skills.

Обов'язки

• help promote and highlight the SPFU’s key messages and positions regarding state-owned enterprise reforms
• create high-quality visual content for presentations, high-level meetings, briefings, round tables and other events to enhance communications about state-owned enterprises reform
• provide accompanying visual materials to improve and enhance first-hand reports on the state of affairs regarding the reform efforts and their impact
• create a recognizable unified style for presenting graphic information from the Ministry to draw attention to decisions important to the public and to business
• adapt visual content to target audiences on the SPFU’s various public outreach platforms
• expand the types of visual content platforms utilized (e.g., videos, webpages, social media)
• increase the audience on public platforms through enhancing creative visual assets
• create visual materials and content for the SPFU’s social media pages
• develop collateral, digital and video materials including (but not limited to): infographics, brochures, factsheets, booklets, posters and other visual collaterals, layouts and design web pages and social media, presentations support and development (PPTs, etc.), motion graphics for various informational products, videos (editing and packaging) for large-scale information campaigns or spokesperson speeches at high-profile events and stakeholder testimonials, email templates and brand books, technical visual content (i.e., graphs and diagrams)
• analyze the Ministry's target audiences on various platforms and adapt visual content to their needs
• improve visual information submission formats

Вимоги

• degree in graphic design, digital media, ICT, computer science, or other applicable fields of study
• five years of graphic design experience in government or business
• Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, MS Office, Adobe, Snapseed, VSCO
• understanding how to transform text and written content into visuals and infographics
• basic video editing
• knowledge or experience in government a plus
• fluency in English preferred
