Обов'язки

• training and maintaining the consultants on Microsoft 365 and peripheral applications such as SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft applications
• checking all laptops/phones and other equipment and making sure all firmware is up to date, has no malware/spyware/viruses, has required antiviruses and recommending best practices of digital security
• managing, deploying, and maintaining IT security infrastructure
• implementing security systems, such as firewalls, data protection controls, and encryption
• conducting vulnerability tests and identifying and addressing any weaknesses
• monitoring information systems and responding to any cyber-security incidents
• automating security controls, data, and processes
• developing policy around third-party risk with vendors and suppliers
• identifying and managing data privacy risks and compliance requirements
• training consultants to understand and follow security measures
• managing and overseeing program IT security, including protection, and authentication
• identifying and mitigating all digital risks
• establishing and overseeing the server infrastructure and networking environment by designing system configurations directing system installation, defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards
• examining IT systems and business models and making suggestions for improvements

Вимоги

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT management
• knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems
• familiarity with software platforms including Microsoft 365
• familiarity with cloud document/case storage/management database systems (such as Huridocs' Uwazi) will be an advantage
• fluency in Ukrainian and English
• strong teamwork and communication skills
• strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
