Our client is a fast-growing European deep-tech defense startup developing cost-effective, AI-powered hardware solutions for modern warfare. By merging cutting-edge artificial intelligence with robust engineering, the company provides defense forces with reliable, scalable technologies that help protect lives and critical infrastructure in today’s increasingly complex battlespace.
They are now seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to support mission-critical communications and flight operations across Ukraine. In this role, you’ll plan and execute fixed-wing and multicopter missions, maintain resilient communication links (Silvus, Starlink, VPN), and ensure the safety of operators and assets from pre-flight checks to debriefing.
The ideal candidate is a reliable, safety-driven professional who stays calm under pressure and adapts quickly to changing conditions in the field. You’re hands-on, organized, and proactive — someone who documents, standardizes, and continuously improves operational processes. You’re a team player who communicates clearly with pilots, engineers, and mission leads to keep everyone aligned and safe.
