INNOV8 — is an innovation and entrepreneurship center, founded to develop the technological ecosystem in Ukraine in 2023. The center helps potential and existing entrepreneurs create and scale startups and technology businesses. As part of INNOV8 projects, we have a Marketing & Communications team engaged in building full-cycle communications and actively expanding. We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and focused head of communication projects to strengthen our team, help us grow, and take on 360° management of communication projects in Booster.

The Digital & Deep Tech Accelerator Booster is a 12-week program (by INNOV8 within the framework of the program Seeds of Bravery) for seasoned deep tech and digital startups aimed at helping them accelerate their production and processes.

Обов'язки

• lifecycle management of our communications projects in the Seeds of Bravery program
• assist Marketing & Communications team in creating and integrating communications plans
• develop and implement the communications strategy from the ground up, in alignment with the overall project strategy, in cooperation with the Marketing & Communications Director and Program Head
• plan, conduct, and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns
• define and allocate communication resources for each Seeds of Bravery project and setting clear priorities
• set project milestones and KPIs
• determine long-term operational goals in communications
• manage the full cycle of production and planning of video, photo, and text content from idea to implementation in internal (social media, site, internal channels) and external resources
• build public relations with Ukrainian and Global media, partners, contractors, and platforms
• SMM management: content planning, setting tasks for the design team, creating texts for publications, managing deadlines, and quality at each stage.
• cross-functional collaboration with the Program Head, Marketing & Communication Director, Program PM, and other team members
• track the trends in communications, global and UA events, tech ecosystem, and implementing new approaches

Вимоги

• experience in the position of Communications Manager / PR Manager / PR Lead for 1.5 years. Experience working on the full project cycle from 0 to 1 will be an advantage
• experience in managing social media for 1+ years (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
• experience in creating and implementing communication and digital content strategies from scratch
• experience in creating quality texts and other content in various formats. The fact of placing publications on Tier-1 and Tier-2 Ukrainian and/or Global media will be an advantage
• experience in setting tasks for creating visual materials from scratch — strategy, website, brand book, etc.
• skills in creating simple visual elements, including presentations
• experience in building interaction with media and platforms, understanding the ecosystem of Ukrainian and international media and projects, and establishing relations with media representatives and projects will be a plus
• understanding the processes of collecting and conducting analytics of PR activities
• skills in using analytics tools and social media monitoring systems
• understanding of trends, SMM tools, and content formats
• ability to create high-quality text support for SMM publications
• analytical thinking and understanding of metrics to analyze content performance
• a systematic approach to work and meeting deadlines
• communicability, proactivity, and creativity
• proven experience in performing turnkey tasks
• literacy, attention to detail, and fact-checking skills
• ability to write and communicate clearly and inclusively using gender-neutral language
• language fluency in Ukrainian and English (B2+) for communication with global partners
• the desire to develop and implement ideas in the field of communications
• understanding and desire to develop the Ukrainian business & tech community will be a plus
• ability to adapt to changing priorities will be a plus
• demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and inspire others will be a plus
• strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively will be a plus
• compliance with organizational values and a critical approach to information will be a plus
