The German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Ukraine) and its service company DEINTERNATIONAL LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary, are part of the network of German Chambers of Commerce Abroad, which is supported by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE). AHK Ukraine represents the interests of German business in Ukraine, gives its member companies a strong voice vis-à-vis politics and public administration, and offers services to German and Ukrainian companies to support their bilateral business activities.

Обов'язки

• lead, shape, and develop the Market Access & Projects business unit
• together with the management team, develop the strategic and operational objectives of the business unit and be responsible for achieving them, including budget planning and management
• lead and develop a team of five employees
• plan, organize, and accompany delegation visits of German companies to Ukraine and are responsible for the related industry-specific and B2B events
• manage the existing project portfolio and ensure its timely implementation
• identify relevant tenders, particularly within the framework of the Market Development Program (MEP) and the Energy Export Initiative of the BMWE, and oversee them from proposal preparation through to successful project implementation
• advise clients on opportunities and framework conditions in the Ukrainian market
• represent business unit at trade fairs, industry events, and in digital formats

Вимоги

• very good command of both German and Ukrainian
• at least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable management position with personnel responsibility
• a completed university degree
• a professional, results-oriented approach to work and a confident manner when dealing with clients
• strong communication and organizational skills
• entrepreneurial thinking, initiative, and a proactive mindset
• willingness to travel within Ukraine and to Germany
