ARX Robotics is a dual-use technology company specializing in developing autonomous unmanned systems and sensors for the European defence sector. The dual-use unmanned ground systems and sensors assist NATO Armies and civilian first responders tackle their most challenging problems by providing them with training and information to make better decisions and take effective actions in life-or-death situations.

ARX is seeking a Head of Operations to join our newly formed team in Kyiv. In this role, you will lead and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficient resource management and alignment across all departments. Обов'язки

• develop and implement internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines to streamline workflows, ensuring their consistent application and monitoring compliance
• coordinate with finance and legal teams to align financial strategies with operational objectives; supervise budgeting processes and monitor adherence to financial plans
• integrate ERP system to centralize resource management, oversee the procurement, allocation, and maintenance of technical and operational assets
• ensure alignment across internal departments (Project Management, Administration, HR, Finance) to maintain consistency in project execution and adherence to strategic timelines
• regularly evaluate operational workflows to identify areas for process optimization and implement initiatives for increased efficiency
• develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to provide regular updates on operational performance, budget utilization, and project progress to senior leadership
• lead strategic projects focused on production expansion, operational restructuring, and process integration, working closely with the CEO and other executives to achieve corporate objectives

Вимоги

• experience - 3-5+ years in operations management or production oversight
• experience in scaling operations and managing complex projects
• experience in implementing process improvements and operational restructuring
• proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management
• ability to connect operational objectives with long-term business goals
• fluency in English – mandatory
• hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) – preferable
