In this role, you will lead and optimize operational processes, ensuring efficient resource management and alignment across all departments. develop and implement internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines to streamline workflows, ensuring their consistent application and monitoring compliance
coordinate with finance and legal teams to align financial strategies with operational objectives; supervise budgeting processes and monitor adherence to financial plans
integrate ERP system to centralize resource management, oversee the procurement, allocation, and maintenance of technical and operational assets
ensure alignment across internal departments (Project Management, Administration, HR, Finance) to maintain consistency in project execution and adherence to strategic timelines
regularly evaluate operational workflows to identify areas for process optimization and implement initiatives for increased efficiency
develop comprehensive reporting frameworks to provide regular updates on operational performance, budget utilization, and project progress to senior leadership
lead strategic projects focused on production expansion, operational restructuring, and process integration, working closely with the CEO and other executives to achieve corporate objectives
Вимоги
experience - 3-5+ years in operations management or production oversight
experience in scaling operations and managing complex projects
experience in implementing process improvements and operational restructuring
proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management
ability to connect operational objectives with long-term business goals
fluency in English – mandatory
hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) – preferable
