Open Minds Institute (OMI) is a think & do tank fighting authoritarianism, propaganda, and measuring the effectiveness of counter-influence communication campaigns. The organization is committed to fostering an environment of critical thinking and open-mindedness, to counter the spread of misleading narratives that escalate hatred and conflicts. OMI works closely with the think tanks and government units of Ukraine, EU, USA, UK, and other NATO members. Their research insights and counter-influence communication activities were mentioned by such media as New York Times, The Guardian, and The Atlantic.

Обов'язки

• develop and execute PR strategies to build strong relationships with key Western media outlets, amplifying the reach and impact of Open Minds Institute's initiatives
• create engaging and insightful articles that showcase our organization's activities, achievements, and thought leadership in fighting propaganda and disinformation, securing placements in influential media outlets
• boost OMI's presence on social media platforms, leveraging creative campaigns and engaging content to increase awareness and foster a growing community of supporters
• collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities for synergistic PR efforts, maximizing exposure and enhancing our organization's reputation
• analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies, identify trends, and continuously improve the impact of outreach efforts

Вимоги

• BA/MA degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or related fields
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1+)
• excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
